Exciting Changes to the Naughty N'awlins Ambassador 's Program

Exciting news for the ambassador's program for Naughty N’awlins! The program has recently undergone some positive changes that promise to enhance the experience for both the ambassadors and the guests. We’ve implemented new strategies and policies to empower the ambassadors and make their role more impactful in ensuring an unforgettable experience for the guests. With these changes, the ambassador's program is set to become even more successful in promoting the Naughty Events brand and reputation as the top-notch lifestyle event in the country. Here are some things we are doing to make Ambassador roles better this year:

1. More Cleaning Help

We are hiring 6-8 paid staff members to help clean and work the playrooms each night to ensure we have plenty of people for this important shift. We hope to have another 4 to 6 Ambassadors each night to give us 10-14 people on the floor each night. This is a big improvement from past years.

2. New Watchful Eyes

We will have Safer Sex Advocates on the playroom floor that will not clean or do anything else except observe so they can make sure there are no issues that go unnoticed.

  • All staff members will go through this training as it will be good for everyone to learn what is ok, and what is not.

  • You will get a certification that you can use at other events and clubs to participate in the new Safer Sex program initiated by SaferSex.com.

  • We will do the training, every week, on the Naughty Members website and check you off once you attend one of the 10 one-hour training sessions. If you can't make these training sessions, we will have a training course on-site, but it is better to knock this out in advance.

 

3. Professional Guidance

We will have Safer Sex Professionals (SSPs) on hand to deal with any issues. We will have a really good program in place to deal with playroom floor issues making it easier on you to deal with any situation.

 

4. Moving Crews

We are hiring moving crews to help us move in and out of the hotel. We will need less staff for breakdown and set up. Also, it will go faster this year.

 

5. Rolling Carts

We are buying rolling carts to use for many items like the bed frames so it is easier to move things around from room to room without having to lift anything heavy.

 

6. More Beds

We bought 26 more beds and bed frames. More beds mean more fun and more people playing.

 

7. No Drunks

We will be turning away more people this year for intoxication which should make the play floor easier to manage.

 

8. Easy Shift Check-in and Out

We will be using geo-location check-in and check-out of shifts to make it easier to check into things like the pool party and Bourbon St shifts. No need to hunt down the supervisors.

 

9. Fewer Shifts

We already have more people signed up than ever before, so that means fewer shifts for everyone.

 

10. More Time to Pick Shifts

We are working on the schedule already, so we can allow you to pick shifts further out and we will have fewer people dropping out.

 

In a nutshell, we have expanded our team, we have more supervisors helping with education, production, load in/out, and onsite to ensure that this year's event is smoother and better prepared than ever.
