Navigating our Naughty Members Area
We have a growing private membership area on our website, which can be found on our Event Home page. You can find out more information on our Members page, with instructions on how to sign up, like other people’s photos, go into the virtual chat area and use autodate (it’s kinda like Tinder for naughty people).
In this blog, we are going to talk about our features to help you navigate our member’s area.
To start out, you need to either login or create an account. Just click on the log in square, in the upper right-hand corner of our website (circled in the screenshot below):
Once you log into your account (or after you created an account), you will see the following menu (highlighted in yellow below):
This area is split into 4 areas:
Membership: This is where you can change your current membership. If you have a monthly membership, you can save by getting a 3-month, 6-month, or annual membership. Most of our members choose monthly.
Video Chatrooms: This is a private online area, only for Naughty Members. It’s hard to find people hanging out in the chatrooms, but you can set up “virtual dates” with other members so you can see them and get to know them before an event. We are currently hosting a “Virtual Meet & Greet for Naughty N’awlins” on Wednesdays, from 6-10 pm EST for those that want to see who is going and chat about the event.
Autodate: Autodate is similar to Tinder but allows couples to look for couples, and singles for hookups (especially at our events) something that isn’t allowed on Tinder. All you need to do is to browse other Naughty Members’ profiles (more on that later) and you will have a choice to click on an X if you aren’t interested, and their profile will drop to the bottom of the list. You can click on the heart icon, which is similar to a like button on other social websites. They won’t know if you “liked” them unless they click on the heart on your profile. Then you will come up with a match (similar to Tinder). If you don’t want to wait for them to find you, you can click on the fire icon and it will let them know you like them by sending them a notice with a link to your profile.
This is a great way to start making friends on our members’ site and it is a LOT better than Facebook or other sites because the people you are reaching out to are also signed up for one of our events, which makes the chances of you guys meeting much higher.
Who’s Online: This button will show you who is online right now. You have a better chance of sending a message to someone online, and having them respond, than someone that is not online. You can invite them into our Virtual Chatrooms, where you can chat live and even turn your cameras on so you can see each other. Some very Naughty moments have happened in these chat rooms.
Who’s Hot: This button shows you who’s profile is currently being looked at during the past week. A lot of times, it is new couples, but most of the time, it is people who have posted recent photos. Posting good photos is the best way to make it into this section and that will help you get a lot of friend requests, likes, and “Let’s Meet” notifications.
The SOCIAL drop-down menu (highlighted in yellow above) allows you to see our newsfeed (which is similar to Facebook’s scrolling newsfeed), jump to chatrooms, and see what is going on in different Groups. We currently have groups for Naughty N’awlins, Naughty Vegas, Naughty Members into BDSM, as well as groups for newbies, those that like to travel and a group called the Pand Whores (I need to meet these guys!).
You can start your own groups, join groups, and comment once you have joined a group. In the future, the My Groups link will take you directly to your groups.
Below are a few examples of people posting questions and getting answers from our team. From now on, we will be monitoring these forums, so we can ensure the correct information gets out to our members in a timely manner.
We are expecting our SOCIAL area to really build over the next couple of months as Naughty N’awlins draws near, and especially afterward, as people try to find people that they met in New Orleans.
The PEOPLE drop-down menu (highlighted in yellow above) has some of the buttons we have already gone over (like Who’s Online and Who’s Hot), but it also shows you who is new, and who has been looking at your profile. You can also conduct a member search to help find friends you met at a Naughty event.
The PHOTOS drop-down menu (highlighted in yellow above) is one of the most popular buttons in our members’ area. It allows you to see your own albums, what pix are currently hot (getting a lot of views), can see new uploads, review the photos you have already liked, see albums created for our different events and it allows you to create additional photos.
We were not surprised to see the clicks on this drop-down menu as one of the highest click-throughs on our website. People love photos and what better way to figure out who you want to meet in person than by checking out their photos.
Our advice: Keep updating your photos, and create albums with photos from our events, other events, your travels, and your adventures. It will bring more people to your profile and help them see your most current photos.
