Naughty Beach: A Team Member's Point of View
Hello everyone this is Aaron with Naughty Events,
I wanted to share my experience of Naughty Beach with all of you. I speak very plainly, not very poetic or whimsically, but I figured I would give it a shot. How do you describe a place and or an experience that reaches you on a spiritual level? Because that's what this trip was to me. Let me set the scene for you: It was a typical day of getting ready, packed, and emotions running high on the excitement of the trip and apprehension of the flight. All, thankfully, was very pleasant. Skip forward to setting foot out on this fantasy of a beach. At first glance it was beautiful. Wonderful rock formations that meet the majestic blue sea. Beautiful beaches and smiling faces of the locals and travelers alike. With COVID, it was so wonderful not having a barrier, aka a mask, on at the beach to be able to express my happiness with a smile and a greeting. Hotel Nude and Naked alike were glorious with beautiful local wood and bamboo. Wonderful craftsmanship was throughout this entire city. I found a peaceful state of mind I have been looking for for quite some time. A peace and tranquility I hold to myself still to this very day.
Everyone was so excited it literally filled the air. I signed everyone up for all the dinner reservations and excursions that were planned for the trip. Which only got me more excited myself, lol. The crocodile sanctuary was amazing and releasing the newborn sea turtles into the forever blue sea is something I will never forget. The trip to Mermejitas Beach and hotel El Copal was by far my favorite. We had wonderful snacks and local drinks, with the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. Overall, the small town of Zipolite was amazing, inexpensive good food, friendly people everywhere, local vendors on the streets at night, and always music coming from somewhere. It was, in a sense, a magical experience. The natural beauty combined with the guiding and storytelling with a brief history mixed in of each place from our host Bob Hannaford made it that much better. So much so that the group chat is still going. I took a part of Zipolite with me and I left a part there. I will most definitely be back to visit and possibly stay. In summary, it was one of the single greatest experiences I've had and I look forward to its return.
Stay Naughty everyone,
Aaron
