A Safe Haven
In the swinger lifestyle community today, when couples play, play between two women is encouraged and is very common. Occasionally play occurs between two men, but it is discouraged in the open. More often than not, it takes place behind closed doors. Men are shamed if they decide to play with another guy and it's not openly discussed. We know of many couples where the women fantasize about seeing their guys playing with another guy, but it's only fantasy talk. Many couples don't feel safe exploring this openly and there hasn't been a place where they could go and feel comfortable fulfilling these fantasies. UNTIL NOW!
We were pleased to hear that colette is introducing a new night called HAVEN, a safe place for men and women to explore their bi side. It's a place for couples and singles to feel safe and secure in fulfilling their bi fantasies. On June 27th, colette clubs are going to provide a space for bi and bi-curious men and women to feel safe and unjudged. A place where you know that other members in our club feel the same way that you feel. A night where you are able to be who you are and explore your sexuality, openly. If you live near any colette clubs, please show your love and support for bi-curious men and women that are in fear of being judged by coming out and giving them a big hug.
At Naughty N’awlins this August, we will have a safe space for bisexual couples looking to explore without judgment. We are partnering with colette to bring HAVEN to our playrooms. We will have one of our playrooms with clearly marked signs and etiquette to ensure that the room is used with the same ideals that colette has envisioned.
If you are looking for space where you can be yourself, or if you are looking to explore for the first time, go to the very last room on the Naughty Playfloor, and look for the HAVEN sign. It will be located directly across from the Dark Room (another space frequented by bisexual couples.)
It’s time for everyone to feel welcome in our community. There is no shame in being bisexual, whether you are a man or a woman. We hope that this will be a good first step towards shattering negative stereotypes and allowing singles and couples to love the way they want, with respect and encouragement.
