The Vanilla Perspective

Hey Naughty Friends, I wanted to introduce myself to those that I have not gotten the pleasure of meeting yet. My name is Jeanine and I work for Naughty Events. I have been working for them and 3 other lifestyle companies for many years. I’ve met many of you through events and travels like Naughty N’awlins, cruises, hotel and beach takeovers, as well as virtual events.

I was introduced to the lifestyle about 25 years ago and have met the best friends you could ever ask for, and it also gave me the best job.

I’m what you consider “Vanilla” in the lifestyle and love that I’m accepted into the lifestyle community. Though neither my husband, nor I “swing”, we love what the lifestyle is all about because we love the people. I have learned so much talking with couples, going to classes, learning that there are so many different stories and different interests. It has opened my eyes, my mind and my heart and I don’t know what kind of life I would be living right now if I was never introduced to the lifestyle (probably boring). Its always funny talking to a couple and after awhile I tell them I’m “Vanilla” and then the look on their face, followed by a laugh and then I tell them my story, Spoiler Alert!!!......Bob and Tess is my brother and sister-in-law. It was awkward at first but years later, it’s so normal.

I feel so comfortable being around swingers, in fact, I would rather hang out with, take trips, meet at events or have groups come to my farm for the weekends then to hang with stricktly other “vanillas”. Which is funny, because all my friends say is they won’t go on any “Vanilla” cruises or trips anymore, that they are not as much fun…. Me Too!!!

I just know that I’m always learning new things. I meet a lot of couples that are new to this lifestyle and I always tell them to talk to couples, listen to their stories, ask questions and take some classes at events, because you never know what you might be interested in or what you might learn. I know that’s what I do and it has changed my life in a very positive way.

You couldn’t ask for a better community of people. Thanks for letting me be a part of it!

See You Soon!

Jeanine
