Marla introduced us to this term at Virtual Naughty N'awlins during her workshop "The Ultimate Guide to Seduction and Foreplay" which is also the title of her newly released book ("The Ultimate Guide to Seduction and Foreplay: Techniques and Strategies for Mind Blowing Sex"). She defines them as the items around you that you can use during foreplay to add some creativity and spontaneity to the mix.
"Whether you source out seduction and foreplay props in your house or at a specialty store, they are sure to inject creativity and curiosity into your sexual routine. You do not have to buy the whole lot or turn every household item into a pervertable, but if you continue to be open and experimental with tangible objects, you will likely find that they help to keep your sex life fiery for years and decades to come," says Stewart in her book (which is currently sold out—might wanna get on the waitlist).
She also recommends creating a sexy kitchen scene by preparing food and making mental notes of everything in your kitchen and using wooden spoons, spatulas, and other flat utensils for spanking, ice to engage in temperature play, chip clips to double as nipple pinchers or skin clamps, and forks for sensation play.
