Entertainment
We will have some great entertainers including Cirque performers, acrobats, aerialists, fire dancers, jugglers, bands, singer songwriters, hot DJ's, drum circles and much more.
They will perform during our dinner shows and we will have some local entertainers performing at our late night theme parties.
Shuttles
We will have shuttles available all day and night for those staying at different properties to make it easy for you to get to and from the main parties going on each day and night. We will also provide shuttles to different "field trips" to places like Playa Amour and other fun destinations nearby.
Packing
Don't overpack. Essentials are casual, comfortable clothing, sandals, sunglasses, sarongs or wraps, a hat and of course, sunscreen. Because most of our events take place on the beach, high heels are not very practical and should be limited, if packed at all. You won't need any dress shoes or suits, this is a relaxing and very casual place.
Tropical resort wear is fine for night time dining and theme parties, but you will find that shorts and t shirts are what you will be wearing most of the time. You do not need to overpack, in fact, we don't even pack bug spray or sunblock, we get it once we get to town, where it is inexpensive and we can share with others.
Isn't it nice to be able to go somewhere that requires minimum packing? We have stayed for a week with just a backpack and a carry on suitcase.
Local Food and Culture
The local restaurants are very good and unbelievably inexpensive. We loved the steak fajita nachos, pico de gallo, fresh made guacamole, and fish tacos.
You can get frozen strawberry or banana daiquiris, made with fresh fruit and lots of rum for only $3. You can find places that have two beers for $1 during happy hour.
You can also find very good sushi, Thai food, pizza and steaks in this small little village of a town. You will be impressed with the choice you have, when it comes to local restaurants and bars.
You will also see lots of beautiful paintings, both in your rooms and on the walls of town. Food, art and music make up a big part of the local culture and you will have plenty of time to explore this unique, off the beaten path location during your week-long stay.
